We are normally here 9 AM - 9 PM ET - except
Tuesday, Friday and Sat; 9 AM - 4 PM ET.
We can arrange delivery to your door,
hassle free and there is NO SALES TAX when the factory ships the
furnace to you (unless you live in Arkansas).
We usually deliver on our truck and trailer and unload it! Plus
we have the ability to move it to your pad, if desired.
We also
ship by freight (with a lift-gate to unload the boiler) to Alaska, Canada,
states West of Kansas and
overseas.
It will take 2-3 weeks max to build
a front loading furnace
(with your choice
of 20
colors),
if it is shipped on our
truck.
It would go on the next truck going your way.
If it is
shipped freight, it can usually go as soon it
is put on a steel pallet and crated ($125)
A furnace can usually be picked up
from Shaver in
about 1-3 weeks.
When the furnace is delivered, it
can be hooked up in a couple of hours!

Remember to order your
outdoor furnace parts (Ted at 828-687-4074),
pour your concrete pad (or use solid concrete pavers), dig the
trench, lay the insulated Pex pipe and wire, backfill it, do
your electrical hookup, thermostat installation, install the
heat exchanger and hook up the hot water heater.
When the furnace is delivered, it
can be hooked up in an hour or two!

The uncrated weights
include a steel pallet, so to find out how much weight you
have to lift/move, you could deduct the weight of the pallet
below. The
pallet will drop off when you lift the furnace:
